Off-The-Grid Missions (OTG) is the only disaster-response NGO dedicated to providing Deaf and Hard-of-hearing individuals with life-saving resources in high-risk, remote, and disaster-stricken regions around the world. Each mission is designed to fill the “gap” in disaster response, and they are led by a Deaf and Hard-of-hearing team.
